Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase confirmation.

Shipping origin and delivery time
Your order ships directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location within the EU.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. 

Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.

Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed if any significant delay affects your order.

Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. RadarRide is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us at bulkbarnwhole@gmail.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and assist you.
